You will receive $1,000 off your rent statement when you tell a friend about us and they sign a lease! To ensure you receive the rent credit, please be sure the referred person lists you as the source when they first visit the leasing office. Please note, this offer is not valid if referral is a current resident transferring from any Clipper Equity property, or if registration is originated through a broker or another source/referral.
**Terms & Conditions for the Resident Referral Program apply: Referrer must reside as a legal tenant of a Clipper Equity property at the time of friend's lease signing. Reward offer subject to change or withdrawal without notice. The promotion is only valid for new residents, not returning residents. The client may not change the referring tenant’s name after time of registration. Residents (tenants-of-record) cannot refer themselves or their roommates to the property (i.e. in the case of a transfer or upgrade). Tenant referrals take approx. 30 days from the referred tenants’ move-in date to be distributed in the form of rent credit.

You can pay from your phone, tablet, or computer; any time 24/7; make either one-time or automatic monthly payments; download your statements and view your balance due. Rent Café Portal is also available for you to submit online maintenance requests, receive resident communications and announcements, track packages, enter amenity reservations among other resident services.
